Desciption:

A highly durable, air-transportable unit designed to maintain interior temperatures as low as 0°F in ambient conditions up to 125°F. The refrigeration unit is mounted in a 108″ side wall panel and integrates power entry and control components for reliable operation. The interior features adjustable shelving on both side walls, a slip-resistant tread floor with drainage, and a secure, lever-activated escape lock system.

  • Maintains interior temperatures as low as 0°F in an outside ambient temperature of 125°F
  • Refrigeration Unit (RU) mounted in one 108″ side wall panel and includes power entry and control components
  • Interior racks with five removable/adjustable shelves on each side wall
  • Container heat leak conductance value is 20 BTU/hr/°F
  • Operates on 230 Volt 3 Phase 60 Hz (can be manufactured to 380 Volt 3 Wye 50 Hz for Europe)
  • Montreal Protocol approved refrigerant (R-404A)
  • Construction: FRP-skinned composite panels mounted on an aluminum pallet base
  • Lever-activated container door escape lock
  • Tread-pattern floor with drain to reduce slipping and improve traction
  • Door end of ADR includes 36” x 67” door supported by four hinges on right side
    • Lever-activated door lock
    • Secured with two rotating hook and handle assemblies
    • Drip-edge deflects water run-off from the open door
    • Pilot light mounted above the door indicates when interior light is on
  • Interior lit by single light fixture above door controlled by switch mounted above door next to light fixture
  • Compatible with 463L cargo system
  • Pallet base includes forklift pockets and removable 463L-compatible cargo rails on all four sides
  • Helo-sling lift and tie-down rings attached to four top corners of container
  • C-130 wheel well access aisle on 88” end
  • Tie-down provisions passed MIL-STD-209J requirements
  • Intermodal: air, helo, land, sea, and rail
